Job description

Prepare and compile sales recap reports.

Record and register payments for sales transactions.

Reconcile bank transactions and cash receipts with recorded sales.

Conduct internal confirmations related to sales transactions.

Monitor and maintain outstanding receivables.

Oversee all activities and documentation related to accounts receivable.

Perform additional accounting and finance-related tasks as assigned.

Job Requirements:

Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accounting or a related field.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.

Familiarity with Finance/Accounting software and MS Office; preferably experienced withERPsystems.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent attention to detail with strong organizational skills.
