Lighthouse Studios in Bali is seeking an experienced, energetic individual to join our team full-time.

Position responsibilities include:

• Managing members, community & clients
• Managing inbound communications on WhatsApp, email & social media
• Client needs analysis & sales
• Preparing quotations & arranging client payments
• Conducting tours of the studios
• Client database & sales pipeline management
• Client follow up

Experience & Attributes include:

• Minimum 5 years in a Guest Relations role which includes some sales
• Exceptional service experience
• Very good English
• Very high attention to detail
• Multi-tasking & project managing
• Fast-learner
• Must be good with data management
• Confident & personable

This is a full-time position for immediate start.

Would suit someone (but not necessary) who has done sales/project management in a digital agency or production house.
