Job Description

1. Conduct sales activities in general, with a focus on new business development (90%)
2. Analyze customer trends and identify upcoming business opportunities
3. Target and approach prospective clients
4. Meet with prospects to understand organizational issues
5. Propose consulting services tailored to clients' challenges and work towards closing deals
6. Report sales activities regularly to the Japanese Manager
7. Perform other tasks as assigned

Requirements

1. Proven communication skills
2. Japanese language proficiency above Business level (N2 or higher)
3. English language proficiency above conversational level
4. Bachelor's degree from a reputable university
5. Experience working in a Japanese company and active communication with Japanese colleagues
