About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Material Procurement Supervisor to join our supply chain team. This role is crucial in supplier development, cost management, and ensuring timely material delivery to support our expanding operations in Southeast Asia.

• Identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers; manage supplier relationships throughout the partnership lifecycle.
• Oversee material delivery schedules and maintain optimal inventory levels for general-use materials.
• Support new project launches through rapid sourcing, commercial negotiations, and technical/quality follow-up.
• Implement cost-saving initiatives and achieve procurement cost targets.
• Conduct independent market research and analysis; prepare and present professional reports on material trends.
• Handle supply-related exceptions and ensure alignment with production and sales requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher; candidates around 30 years old are preferred.
• Over 5 years of procurement experience, with strong skills in supplier development and sourcing strategy.
• Solid knowledge of packaging materials such as cartons, boxes, labels, and PE bags; capable of independent cost calculation and quality assessment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills; able to manage complex supplier interactions.
• Familiarity with suppliers and business practices across Indonesia and Southeast Asia.
• Proficiency in Chinese is required; Chinese-Indonesian candidates are preferred.
