Position Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Product & Market Research Manager to join our team and lead the development and growth of our travel eSIM products. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product management, a deep understanding of the telecommunications and travel industries, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Key Responsibilities
Product Development and Management:
- Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle for travel eSIM products, from concept to launch and beyond.
- Develop and execute product roadmaps that align with business goals and market demands.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to ensure successful product development and implementation.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Strategic Planning
- Define and communicate a clear product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with the overall business objectives.
- Set and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and inform decision-making.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on customer needs, market trends, and business impact.
- Develop go-to-market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans.
Customer Focus
- Gather and analyse customer feedback to understand their needs and preferences, translating insights into actionable product improvements.
- Ensure a superior customer experience by continuously refining product features and addressing pain points.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners, leveraging their feedback to drive product innovation.
- Create and execute customer engagement initiatives, such as loyalty programs and referral incentives.
Collaboration And Communication
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of product strategies.
- Facilitate clear and consistent communication between stakeholders, ensuring everyone is informed and aligned on product goals and progress.
- Provide regular updates to senior management on product performance, market trends, and strategic initiatives.
- Lead product-focused meetings and workshops, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
Innovation And Market Leadership
- Stay current with industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes affecting the travel eSIM market.
- Identify and implement new features, services, and technologies that enhance our eSIM offerings.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and forums, showcasing our product leadership and vision.
- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the product team.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Telecommunications, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in product management, with a focus on telecommunications, travel, or related industries.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing technology products.
- Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
