Job Description

1. Responsible for planning and executing high impact and complex projects across banking and wallet partnerships, ensuring timely and budget-conscious completion to meet business objectives.
2. Coordinate cross-functional resources, collaborate closely with local LazPay and Platform team members to address challenges and issues that arise during projects.
3. Communicate with senior management to report on project progress, providing data-driven insights for decision-making.
4. Helping Regional Head of Partnerships to identify and evaluate opportunities to enable new partners, new partnership models, and upscale partnership operations performance in the countries.
5. Helping Regional Head of Partnerships to consolidate best practices from every country and share them with other countries, wherever relevant.

Job Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Business, or a related field, with a preference for experience in the Southeast Asian market.
2. At least 7 years of experience in the banking or e-wallet industry (including Buy Now Pay Later), with a good understanding of the regional payment landscape dynamics.
3. Outstanding project management skills, capable of effectively managing multiple complex projects and ensuring timely delivery.
4. Proven track record in launching high impact initiatives with major financial institutions and technology partners.
5. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, adept at building and maintaining strong relationships with various stakeholders.
6. Ability to independently solve problems and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
7. Fluent in English.
8. Willing to travel regularly in the countries where ongoing Special Projects initiatives are happening.
