Role: Education Counsellor

The Education Counsellor will provide excellent guidance to international students, helping them find suitable institutions, offering information on UK studies, assisting with applications, facilitating enrollments, and promoting IDP products and services.

Key Accountabilities

• Achieve pipeline, customer satisfaction, and advocacy targets by supporting students throughout their journey, promoting products, managing leads, and participating in events.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to students, families, and education providers, providing clear information about admissions, processes, and qualifications, and engaging proactively.

Required Experience

• Experience in sales or customer service environments, with a track record of meeting targets.
• Understanding of the education sector, student placement, immigration requirements, and processes.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in any field; UK graduate experience or similar roles preferred.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, fluency in English.
• Willing to work from North Jakarta office - Kelapa Gading.
