Job description

Responsibilities
  1. Maintain daily inventory activities, including manpower scheduling, and support inbound and outbound processes.
  2. Conduct cycle counts and audits to identify mismatches or variances.
  3. Communicate with audit and loss prevention teams to resolve variance issues.
  4. Collaborate with quality assurance to control wastage and manage the specification book.
  5. Ensure adherence to health, hygiene, security, and 5S standards.
  6. Evaluate workflow to increase manpower productivity and service levels.
  7. Prepare daily reports aligned with KPIs.
Requirements
  1. At least 3 years of experience in warehousing, with 1 year in a leadership role.
  2. Advanced knowledge of overseeing inventory analysis and processes.
  3. Prioritize customer satisfaction and add value for internal divisions and stakeholders.
  4. Ensure standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security are met.
  5. Exhibit leadership, communication skills, cost-consciousness, people development, and execution planning.
  6. Proficient in MS Office / G-suite, especially Excel/Google Sheets formulas and Google Slides.
  7. Flexible working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
  8. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with a strong sense of ownership.
