HRGA Supervisor - Automotive Trading - Cikarang (C-118862)

Our client is a Japanese Automotive Trading company. Currently, they are looking for a HRGA Supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Handle general HR and GA tasks.
  2. Support in developing and delivering strategic HR plans, including team restructuring and morale building, aligned with overall business goals.
  3. Ensure proper implementation of all HR systems and processes daily.
  4. Supervise and lead the HR and GA team, providing guidance and support.
  5. Develop and implement policies and procedures for smooth operations.
  6. Develop and execute training and performance management programs.
  7. Analyze trends and design employee benefits and retention programs, including salary, health insurance, expense reimbursement, and vacation.
  8. Support recruitment processes up to onboarding.
  9. Coordinate office arrangements and facilities management.
  10. Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for services.
  11. Plan and organize company events.
  12. Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience as HRGA Supervisor or senior staff in Japanese Trading or Automotive industry.
  2. High proficiency in conversational English.
