As an IT Project Manager at PT Astra Graphia Information Technology (AGIT), you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the successful delivery of complex IT projects. Working in a dynamic, contract-based environment, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Key Responsibilities

Plan, organise, and direct all aspects of assigned IT projects from initiation to completion

Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets, and monitor progress to ensure timely delivery

Identify and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies, and implement effective contingency measures

Effectively manage and coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, business, and external stakeholders

Facilitate regular project status meetings and provide detailed reporting to senior management

Ensure projects adhere to the company's project management methodologies and best practices

Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement measures to enhance project delivery

Job Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Project Management or related field.

Min 2 years experience and have various industry background project.

Have strong analytical and technical skills, as well as expertise in information technology (PMBOK Knowledge, Scrum (PSM), JIRA)

Experience in program management, project planning, and project execution.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. The ability to collaborate with various stakeholders and vendors is a plus.

Strong leadership skills, the ability to guide and manage teams, and take charge of the project's overall success.
