Job description

Having 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist.

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Psychology, Law, or other related majors from a reputable university.

Knowledge and understanding of Compensation & Benefits, Personnel Management, People Development, Industrial Relations, and their implementation.

Knowledge of using IFS, SAP, Oracle, or any ERP is an advantage.

Experience in the public accountant (KAP) industry is also an advantage.

Passionate about working as a consultant in a dynamic environment.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Excellent documentation and communication skills.

Ability to work individually or in a team.

Willing to learn and travel frequently.

Job descriptions and responsibilities:

1. Analyze customer's requirements to be mapped to the HCM System.
2. Execute project activities based on the project plan within the agreed time frame, deliverables, and budget.
3. Provide training to the customer's core team members.
