PT. Goltens Jakarta, a member of Goltens Group with 22 stations/business units worldwide, specializes in diesel repair and maintenance in the Marine, Power Generation, Oil & Gas, and Industrial market segments. We are seeking highly motivated and experienced individuals to join our team as:

Requirements:
  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/S1 preferred)
  • At least 1 year of experience in administrative support, sales support, or within a Sales & Marketing team
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Detail-oriented, communicative, and proactive
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle sales administration tasks such as data entry, documentation, and reporting
  • Support the sales team in preparing quotations, invoices, and related documents
  • Maintain and update customer databases accurately and efficiently
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth sales operations
