Job Description
- Oversee all operations, namely Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B/café, Sales & Marketing, and Maintenance.
- Lead and manage staff, provide training, motivation, and ensure the team works according to established standards.
- Manage operational budgets, ensure effective cost control, and maximize profitability.
- Maintain guest satisfaction by ensuring that the services provided meet or exceed guest expectations.
- Work closely with the Sales & Marketing team to increase hotel occupancy, café revenue, and explore new market opportunities.
- Prepare periodic hotel performance reports and present the results to the owner.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve hotel operations and expand the market.
Requirements
- Minimum education of Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management, Tourism, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years experience as General Manager / 5 years as Manager in the hospitality industry.
- Deep understanding of hotel operations, budget management, and customer service.
