Casual Leasing Exhibition Supervisor (AEON MALL DELTA MAS)

Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Business, Marketing Communication, or Public Relations is preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of successful experience in managing Mall Casual Leasing Exhibitions.

Strong relationships and an extensive network with brand sponsors, exhibitors, bazaar event organizers, vendors, entertainers, and media are essential.

Preferably, have broad connections with media agencies.

Willing to work in Cikarang – Bekasi Area and relocate within the company.

Ability to adapt to flexible working hours, including shifts, weekends, and holidays.

Job Description:

• Secure exhibitors for AEON Mall exhibitions that align with the mall's target audience and attract traffic.
• Sell advertising and promotional media for AEON Mall.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Communications and Exhibition teams at AEON Mall Indonesia to meet annual leasing targets.
• Provide strategic ideas to achieve targets and stay updated on industry trends.
• Oversee the leasing process, including negotiation, payment follow-up, technical meetings, and tenant handover, ensuring adherence to SOPs.
• Monitor leasing documentation to ensure compliance with procedures.
• Maintain good relationships with third parties such as event organizers, community groups, and explore collaboration opportunities.
• Monitor tenant operations and provide analytical reports on tenant performance to enhance future services.
