A leading freight forwarding company in Semarang is seeking a motivated sales professional to identify potential customers and develop sales strategies. The role involves nurturing client relationships, collaborating with internal teams, and achieving sales targets in a dynamic environment.
Identify and target potential customers in domestic transportation/export-import services (freight forwarding).
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to acquire new customers, and establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Work closely with operations and pricing teams to ensure optimal service and competitive pricing.
Maintain detailed sales records and reports, track progress, and achieve sales targets.
Prepare and submit work and sales achievement reports.
