Our client is a rapidly growing multinational Agrochemical company with top-notch quality products, who is growing rapidly in Indonesia.

Job Description

1. Manage and lead local procurement, customer service, logistics, and planning in Indonesia.
2. Lead the conversation with contract manufacturers and logistics partners, including negotiating contracts and pricing agreements that meet the standards put in place.
3. Work in liaison and collaborate with internal teams such as commercial and planning to ensure on-time delivery of products.
4. Provide accurate sales forecasts and mitigate potential risks.
5. Conduct monthly reconciliation reports on inventory, stock takes, and lead product expiration management.
6. Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities.

The Successful Applicant

1. Bachelor's Degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
2. Well-developed communication and problem-solving skills.
3. Experienced in handling complex and detailed situations with a strong sense of ownership.
4. Comfortable working independently.
5. Knowledge of SAP is advantageous.
