Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage the SA team.
2. Recruitment of Sales Agents (SA), Merchant Development Officers (MDO), and Trainers.
3. Coordinate, implement policies, inspect, supervise, and execute system activities across various regions.
4. Investigate daily orders in partner stores, analyze, summarize, and report abnormalities.
5. Train and supervise SAs and store trainers for each cooperative store.
6. Develop strategies to target high GMV of successful transactions and increase store sales rates.

Requirements:

1. Minimum 1 year of experience as an Area/District Sales Manager in a relevant industry.
2. Regional manager experience in Indonesia is preferred.
3. Fluent in English; proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
4. Maximum age of 40 years old.
5. Minimum bachelor’s degree.
