Job description

We are looking for a qualified, professional, and innovative individual to fill the position of Tax Specialist.
Qualifications:
  1. Minimum 5 years of experience in a related field (preferably in garment manufacturing).
  2. Strong knowledge of tax regulations.
  3. Preferably holding a tax certification, such as Brevet AB.
  4. Experience in dealing with tax audit teams.
  5. Extensive knowledge of taxation, including licensing.
  6. Proficiency in accounting processes.
  7. Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, and others) and analytical skills.
  8. Good knowledge, proactive, and able to work independently.
  9. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Bahasa & English.
  10. Good understanding of Database Management.
  11. Positive attitude, adaptable, capable of working in teams and individually.
  12. Willing to be placed in KBN (Kawasan Berikat Nusantara), Cakung - North Jakarta.
Job Description:
  1. Provide financial reports and interpret financial information to managerial staff, recommending further actions.
  2. Check SPT 21, 23, 4.2, 26.
  3. Arrange E-bupot 21, Tax Report PPh 21.
  4. Prepare journal entries for Tax Article 21 for expatriates (Accrued Tax Payable 21).
  5. Record accrued taxes and payments (Tax Article 25).
  6. Prepare data for tax audits.
  7. Review VAT Monthly Reports.
  8. Handle customs clearance for PEB rejections.
  9. Coordinate with tax consultants for CITR preparation, data support, GL, and equalization.
  10. Prepare and support the annual corporate tax report.
  11. Arrange BAPK.
  12. Coordinate with AR/Tax Consultants for P2DK, confirmation letters, and supporting documents.
  13. Implement data controls to minimize taxation errors.
  14. Manage VAT restitution processes.
