Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies in compliance with legal and corporate guidelines.
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify hazards and implement preventative strategies.
  • Organize safety training programs to ensure employee awareness and compliance with HSE legislation.
  • Monitor policy compliance, conduct site inspections, and prepare detailed reports on findings.
  • Lead emergency response initiatives and investigate incidents to determine causes and prevention measures.
  • Advise on key safety areas, including fire regulations, hazardous substances, noise, occupational diseases, and waste management.
  • Stay updated on HSE laws and regulations impacting the organization.

Requirements
