1. Full-time / Contract Roles:
- Marketers (Digital and Offline Marketing)

2. Freelance / Commission-Based Roles:
- Resellers (Individuals starting a side business)
- New Entrepreneurs (Candidates interested in small business opportunities)
You will be Responsible for End-to-End Recruitment Process and coordinating with our internal team for further interviews.

- Utilize job boards, social media, networking groups, and headhunting strategies.
- Conduct basic motivation screening (candidate's readiness for sales roles or entrepreneurial activity).
- Present shortlists of suitable candidates with brief candidate summaries.

- Proven experience recruiting Sales, Marketing, Influencer, Agent, or Reseller profiles.
- Strong sourcing skills beyond traditional job posting methods.
- Good command of English (written and spoken).
