Job description

We are seeking a General Manager to be the right hand of the Director, overseeing end-to-end operations and leading cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead operations, inventory, and showrooms, ensuring top-tier sales, service, and operational performance.
2. Develop and implement strategies for sales, marketing, branding, and continuous improvement in operational activities across all divisions.
3. Manage and coach teams across showrooms, back office, and support units.
4. Serve as a strategic liaison between the Director and internal teams.
5. Uphold brand excellence in the ultra-high-end segment through exceptional service and presentation.

Qualifications

1. Minimum 10 years of work experience with at least 5 years in a senior managerial role (GM/Head).
2. Background in high-end furniture, interior, lifestyle, or luxury goods is preferred.
3. Strong leadership skills with proven multi-location team management experience.
4. Comfortable working with demanding owners; resilient, diplomatic, and professional.
5. Target-oriented, agile, and solution-focused.
6. Salary IDR 33–36 million/month
