Are you a seasoned export marketing leader with strong B2B expertise in the US and European markets? We’re looking for a General Manager Marketing Export to drive global growth and elevate our international presence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute export marketing strategies focused on B2B segments in the US and Europe.
- Lead market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and new business opportunities.
- Build, manage, and nurture relationships with key overseas clients, distributors, and trade partners.
- Create strategic marketing plans aligned with international business objectives and sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with Production, R&D, and SCM teams to ensure product readiness and on-time delivery for export.
- Manage international exhibitions, product launches, and branding activities in key regions.
- Monitor and optimize export processes to ensure regulatory compliance and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop the Export Marketing team, ensuring strong performance and capability building.
- Report directly to the Board and provide insights on export growth, margins, and strategic direction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, International Business, or related field.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in B2B export marketing, with strong exposure to US & European markets.
- Proven leadership experience in the manufacturing sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written). Additional languages a plus.
- Willing to be based in Jawa Timur and travel internationally as needed.
