What you will do:
Willing to work shifts for L1
Monitoring Event Management in the Network Security Devices
Covers support activities of Incident Management on the Network Security Infrastructure
Performing root cause analysis of incidents on the Network Security Infrastructure
Change management on the Network Security Infrastructure and Reporting of change activities
Knowledge Management to analyze trends in the utilization of security and network devices & Reporting on the Network Security Infrastructure
Inventory Management for Network Security Infrastructure
Providing on-site assistance, corrective maintenance, preventive maintenance, and proactive maintenance
Creating Reports from the process of presenting the overall results of IT Service Management activities related to the maintenance of Network Security
What you need:
Minimum Diploma Degree in Informatics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Equivalent
Knowledge of information security and Network is mandatory
Understanding of firewalls, routers, switches, and various system concepts is mandatory
Experience with network security products
Network Security Product certification / Network Security Professional certification is preferred
Knowledge of IT security frameworks and standards such as CIS or COBIT is a plus.
