Job Responsibilities:

1. Experienced as fullstack software developer: Golang, Java, Kotlin, .NET, C# / C++, Native Android, Objective C, Swift, Flutter, Angular or React
2. Experience with building scalable, robust backend systems with microservice architecture
3. Experience with mobile and web development in multiscreen / factor (portrait, landscape)
4. Has a good sense of UI/UX and design
5. Experienced in building complex systems and its modular design
6. Good leader and experienced in leading multiple technical teams
7. Min. 4 years of experience leading Software Engineering Team
8. Experienced working with DevOps teams to enhance and align with the state of the art CI/CD
9. Experienced in test automation, code coverage and static code analysis
10. Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Computer Science / Information Technology)
11. Possesses good problem solving and debugging skills – able to identify bugs and trace them down to the source
12. Fun to work with and a team player
13. Willingness to learn from others, to share and to grow
14. Self-motivated and able to inspire people to be motivated
15. Has a good track record proven by work portfolios in Startup or Fintech
16. Has experience in Lending, Banking or E-Commerce business
