Job description

  • Manage the company's human resources functions, ensuring timely and efficient recruitment based on departmental needs.
    根据各部门需求,及时有效地完成公司招聘工作。
  • Develop and improve the company’s compensation and benefits plans for employees.
    制定并完善员工的薪酬福利方案。
  • Handle personnel processes such as regularization, promotions, resignations, salary adjustments, etc.
    及时处理员工的转正、升职、离职、薪资调整等人事流程。
  • Oversee employee attendance, leave management, and salary calculations.
    负责员工考勤、请假管理及薪资核算工作。
  • Improve HR department processes such as employment contracts, employee handbooks, and company policies.
    负责完善人力资源部门的流程,如劳动合同、员工手册及公司政策。
  • Manage daily operations and internal communication within the company.
    负责公司日常管理及内部沟通。
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by superiors.
    完成上级交办的其他事项。

Job Requirements 任职要求:

  • Knowledge of labor laws and regulations, and familiarity with company HR management processes.
    熟悉相关劳动法律法规,了解公司人力资源管理流程。
  • 2-3 years of HR work experience or in a similar role.
    具有2-3年人力资源相关工作经验或相似岗位经验。
  • Detail-oriented, sincere, positive, and organized.
    工作细致,真诚、积极、乐观,具有良好的计划和组织能力。
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
    良好的表达和沟通能力,遇到问题能积极主动地寻求解决方案。
  • Proficient in Mandarin.
