• Development and implementation of IT strategies aligned with business goals
• Participate and lead the IT domain of store/branch expansion
• Oversee the performance and security of IT systems
• Maintain and improve IT infrastructure performance across branches/outlets
• Guide IT projects to meet strategic objectives
• Manage and mitigate IT risks
• Lead and develop the IT team
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Manage the IT budget to ensure cost-effectiveness

Profile

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the Retail industry or similar
• Strong knowledge of IT systems integration and infrastructure (network, servers, storage, etc.)
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills
• Exceptional project management capabilities
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
