Responsibilities
  • Assist and supervise ASM & Sales Agents in conducting sales activities.
  • Ensure sales practices adhere to group compliance standards and code of conduct.
  • Educate sales teams on the importance of fraud prevention and integrity in their responsibilities.
  • Ensure agencies achieve sales targets through quality processes and productivity approaches.
  • Develop sales plans and strategies to meet assigned sales targets within respective areas.
  • Maintain the cost of acquisition for all products sold at the targeted CPA.
  • Recruit quality sales force in accordance with capacity plans and risk policies.
  • Coach, review, and evaluate Loan Officers under supervision.
  • Conduct product training, updates, and selling skills training timely.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree from a reputable university.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly motivated, self-driven, capable of working independently, making decisions, and maintaining strong control attitudes.
  • Banking industry experience is preferable.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a related field.
