About the role

Join our team as a Receptionist & Front Office in Maratua Island, East Kalimantan. In this full-time role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they receive a warm and memorable experience from the moment they arrive. You will play a crucial role in maintaining the high standards of service and hospitality that our resort is known for.

What you'll be doing
  1. Greeting and checking in/out guests with a friendly and professional demeanor
  2. Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints courteously and efficiently
  3. Assisting with room reservations, bookings, and managing arrivals/departures
  4. Providing information about the resort's facilities, amenities, and local attractions
  5. Coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
  6. Maintaining accurate records and documentation
  7. Contributing to the smooth operation of front office activities
What we're looking for
  • A strong eagerness to learn and willingness to be taught
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage. Support for learning languages like Chinese will be provided by the company
  • Previous experience in a similar front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or resort setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with guests from diverse backgrounds
  • Excellent organizational and multi-tasking abilities
  • A positive, friendly, and helpful attitude with a passion for customer service
  • Flexibility to work in a dynamic, 24/7 resort environment, including weekends and public holidays
