Job description

Manufacturing Process Expert (Have Six Sigma Skills & Experience in Garment)

Responsible for pre-sales activities, including presentations and customized demonstrations of proposed solutions, as well as preparing implementation plans.

Prepare customized cutting solution reports tailored to the customer's specific needs, including detailed productivity data, financial analysis, and investment insights.

Analyze the entire production process to identify efficiencies and develop solutions for improvement.

Participate actively in the implementation process to ensure customer goals are achieved.

Perform machine performance analyses, including cutting efficiency, quality, productivity, and machine uptime assessments.

Support customers in continuous improvement projects and optimization activities.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Textile, or Automotive Engineering.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of successful experience in manufacturing, with a focus on management and process analysis in the garment industry.
• Experience in consulting is a plus.

Position Qualifications:

• Maximum age 35 years.
• Demonstrated expertise in practices, procedures, and organization related to cutting/manufacturing processes in industries such as Apparel, Automotive, and Furniture.
• Proven experience with manufacturing processes in at least one of these industries, with high-level knowledge of customer manufacturing processes.
• Familiarity with CAD & CAM applications relevant to the targeted industry and good understanding of the production process within this industry.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and oral.
• Energetic, adaptable, and well-organized with good time management skills.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, speaking) is mandatory.
• Ability to work under constant pressure while maintaining standards.
• High adaptability and flexibility.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing System (Yellow Belt, Green Belt, or Black Belt).
