Job Description: Area Sales Manager

We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager with a minimum of 3-5 years in manufacturing, preferably in the building materials sector. The role involves managing regional sales development, achieving KPIs, and developing sales strategies.

2. Strong leadership qualities, honesty, confidence, and innovation.
3. Understanding of distribution systems and sales planning.
4. Willing to be placed in Beji, Pasuruan Regency.
5. Ensure regional development and target achievement.
6. Responsible for sales planning and monitoring.
7. Ensure growth and achievement of sales targets for all products in the area.
8. Develop sales strategies and open new markets to meet sales goals.
9. Prepare monthly reports on area performance and distribution.
