Branch Manager Edtech (Sales Supervisor)

Hi! This is the team of Algorithmics Global!

For over 7 years, we have been developing education in the children's segment worldwide. One of our main goals is to help children find their place in digital and IT spheres.

"Algorithmics" is among the largest EdTech companies in Europe. We are growing rapidly each year and have no plans to stop.

This year, we are launching a project in Indonesia.

Due to team expansion, we are looking for a Branch Manager with English proficiency to help children and teenagers explore opportunities in the IT world.

Responsibilities include:

  • Hiring, onboarding, training, and supervising Sales Executives
  • Tracking and achieving sales targets
  • Organizing and hosting events
  • Analyzing data and preparing reports
  • Managing marketing activities and providing feedback
  • Identifying new marketing opportunities
  • Participating in offline marketing activities (hiring promoters, printing flyers, etc.)
  • Managing educational operations
  • Overseeing the Lead Tutor
  • Improving student retention
  • Finding and renting office space for the school
  • Organizing repairs and maintaining the office
  • Managing budgets and financial aspects
  • Handling legal responsibilities

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Economics or Engineering
  • At least 2 years of experience as a Sales Director, Supervisor, CCO, or CEO with proven success
  • Ability to build, manage, train, motivate, and develop a team
  • Understanding of business management, finance, marketing/sales, and HRM
  • Experience in education, marketing, or IT is advantageous

Conditions:

  • Average monthly income: from 700 USD (including salary + commissions) after the trial period
  • Paid training and mentorship provided
  • Working hours: Saturday to Wednesday, 10:00 - 19:00
