About the role

As a Supervisor of Industrial Relations (IR) at PT GOLD EMPEROR INDONESIA', you will play a vital role in maintaining positive employee-employer relationships and ensuring compliance with labour laws and regulations. This full-time position, based in Brebes, Central Java, will see you work closely with the HR team to address employee concerns, negotiate collective bargaining agreements, and foster a constructive work environment.

What you'll be doing

Manage and resolve employee grievances and disputes in a timely and effective manner

Negotiate and administer collective bargaining agreements to ensure they align with organisational policies and legal requirements

Collaborate with trade unions and employee representatives to maintain open channels of communication

Monitor and ensure compliance with all relevant labour laws, regulations, and internal policies

Provide guidance and training to managers on best practices in industrial relations

Participate in the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives

Maintain accurate records and documentation related to industrial relations activities

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Industrial Relations

Minimum 3 years of experience in an industrial relations or employee relations role, preferably in the manufacturing industry

Strong knowledge of labour laws, collective bargaining, and dispute resolution processes

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate sensitive situations

Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities

Familiarity with HR best practices and a strategic mindset

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English (both written and verbal)
