About The Team
The Corporate Affairs Project team will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing the company’s corporate image through strategic branding and communication initiatives. This includes project management, managing external and internal communications, and ensuring alignment with various internal and external stakeholders.
Job Description
- Supporting the Corporate Affairs team in developing and executing branding and communication strategies that enhance Shopee’s reputation; including but not limited to government projects, UMKM support, user safety, and market leadership projects.
- Assist in implementing project or event management to ensure all related divisions are able to execute their deliverables on time based on the project timeline.
- Assist in managing public relations programs, align with the company’s vision and business objectives.
- Write effective creative communications brief & meeting notes to ensure all related parties are aligned on the project objective, status & updates.
- Analyze project performance and prepare post mortem report.
- Collectively contribute creative ideas with research and target market conditions.
- Administration & clerical support related to legal document & purchase request preparation.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree graduate preferably in Communication, Marketing, or related fields
- 2-3 years of experience in corporate communications, branding, project management, or public relations
- Capacity to identify potentially impactful events and facilitate related mitigation and recovery efforts
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Good team player, positive attitude, and eagerness to learn
- Have a high sense of ownership and responsibility
- Result-driven attitude with good critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented person
- Experience with tight deadlines and dealing with conflicting priorities, whilst maintaining high levels of accuracy and confidentiality
- High proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
