Area Manager

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of store operations, including management, supervision, guidance, and performance improvement of employees.
• Supervise store managers of several branches.
• Motivate staff to drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Proactively gather market information and provide comprehensive reports to the company.
• Handle customer complaints and address store management-related issues.
• Ensure adherence to company directives and execute additional tasks delegated by leadership.
• Manage stock efficiently by conducting stock takes, placing orders, organizing storage, and monitoring inventory levels.
• Perform data analysis to clean, transform, and process raw data, extracting actionable insights to support informed decision-making. Present findings through charts, images, tables, and graphs to mitigate decision-making risks.

Requirements

• Fluent in Chinese, English, and Indonesian. Ability to communicate in Chinese is an added advantage.
• Candidate must possess at least a diploma or degree.
• At least 5 years of working experience in the related field, especially in Retail, would be advantageous.
• Proficient with Microsoft Applications (Word, Excel).
