Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for configuring and troubleshooting our product to resolve customer technical issues. You will support customers by acting as the liaison between them and internal teams. Your ability to work in complex networking environments will also make you an ideal candidate.

Responsibilities:
  1. Implement, maintain, and administer IT infrastructure and related computing environments, including hardware, software, and documentation, following IT best practices.
  2. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or system issues, replacing defective components as necessary and resources permit.
  3. Interface with customers, technical staff, team members, and management to identify issues, negotiate changes, meet deadlines, and provide excellent customer service both orally and in writing.
  4. Keep customers informed about problem resolution status and timelines.
  5. Participate in follow-up activities, testing, and troubleshooting as needed.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of IT experience with a focus on customer support.
  • Experience with backup software (Veritas/Veeam).
  • Experience with enterprise storage products (Dell EMC, HP, HDS).
  • High attention to detail and ability to understand complex technical topics.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively to solve technical challenges globally.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Veritas, Server, or Storage certifications preferred.
