Area Manager for F&B plays a pivotal role in overseeing day-to-day store operations to ensure exceptional customer experiences, smooth workflow, and adherence to brand standards. This position involves managing shifts, mentoring staff, and maintaining the highest level of service quality in line with F&B expectations. Proficiency in English and strong leadership skills are critical for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily store operations to meet service standards.

  • Manage inventory levels and coordinate with procurement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Proficient in using POS systems and basic financial reporting tools.
