We are Hiring Sales Executive - Medical Device area:

-Medan

Professional Competencies:

  • Minimum D3 in any field (Marketing/Management/Healthcare is preferred).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Medical Device Sales (preferably with USG/Ventilator experience) or 3 years in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Experience working with Government, Private Hospitals, and Fertility Businesses.

  • Demonstrates a positive and responsible attitude with a high commitment to self-development.
  • Ability to foster a culture of innovation and continuity.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with relevant parties, including customers.
  • Ability to complete tasks and projects successfully with analytical and systematic thinking.
  • Able to find innovative solutions with creative, strategic, and effective thinking.
  • Willing to travel to expand sales coverage.

Responsibilities:

  • Offer, negotiate, and promote Capital/Equipment products such as USG, ventilators, etc.
  • Responsible for achieving sales targets in designated areas.
  • Master detailed product knowledge of the offered items.
  • Establish new customer relationships and maintain good relations with existing customers.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
  • Plan and report visits periodically.
  • Conduct surveys in hospitals or other healthcare services to gather data on promotional activities and provide analysis-based input for sales strategy.
  • Learn about product development and competitors.
  • Participate in seminars, expos, and RTD events to expand collaboration with customers.
