Job description

Our client is a catering, logistics and facilities management company, servicing a wide range of clients such as mining sites, offshore drilling platforms, hospitals, airlines, etc. A big focus of the company is remote oil and gas operations, and this position is for one of their sites in Indonesia.

Please note that this position is available for Expats only.

Responsibilities (included but not limited to)
  1. Monitor and ensure the smooth flow of operation
  2. Assist in budget preparation and monitor resource use to control spending
  3. Communicate effectively with management through phone, email, reports, or in person
  4. Build and lead a strong team by recruiting, selecting, and guiding employees
  5. Monitor information and events to detect and resolve problems
  6. Set performance standards, provide guidance, and assess team performance
  7. Stay updated on industry trends and apply new knowledge to the role
  8. Schedule events, programs, and staff activities
  9. Perform daily administrative tasks like maintaining files and processing paperwork
