Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced and driven Account Director APAC to join our consultancy team. This role involves working with large clients across Asia and Australia, focusing on performance marketing in the hospitality and D2C sectors. The ideal candidate will have exceptional strategic and executional skills, with the ability to manage high-profile accounts and deliver impactful marketing outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead account strategy and execution for major clients in the APAC region.
  • Develop and implement high-performing marketing campaigns, with a focus on hospitality and D2C industries.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring long-term success and satisfaction.
  • Manage and mentor junior team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive innovative marketing solutions.
  • Provide regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations to clients.
  • Ensure campaigns are delivered on time, within budget, and meet/exceed KPIs.

Requirements:

  • Proven expertise in performance marketing with a strong track record of success.
  • Deep understanding of hospitality and D2C marketing landscapes.
  • Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
  • Strong strategic thinking, analytical skills, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to travel to Jakarta and Melbourne as needed.
  • Open to both local and expatriate candidates.
