Job summary

Une entreprise dynamique spécialisée dans les services de construction intérieure recherche un vendeur pour atteindre des objectifs de vente ambitieux. Le candidat idéal aura une formation S1, au moins 2 ans d'expérience dans la vente, et des compétences solides en négociation et communication. Vous serez responsable de l'identification de nouveaux projets, de la gestion des relations clients et de la préparation de propositions alignées sur les spécifications des projets.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 ans d'expérience en vente de services de construction intérieure.
  • Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en équipe.
  • Possession d'un véhicule personnel pour la mobilité au travail.

Job description

Job Responsibilities
  1. Achieve and surpass bearing sales targets.
  2. Identify new projects and promote interior design & build services to project clients (visit at least 3 projects daily).
  3. Master detailed information about Interior Contractor Services designated for sales.
  4. Coordinate with BOD and Designers to ensure timely and accurate project delivery.
  5. Manage and analyze customer database.
  6. Prepare proposals aligned with project specifications, including auction, tender, and contract documents.
  7. Maintain relationships with existing customers and projects.
  8. Establish and nurture good communication and relationships with clients.
  9. Contribute marketing ideas based on market feedback and competitor analysis.
  10. Report daily and monthly performance metrics.
  11. Meet project targets set by the company.
  12. Summarize data and present findings from project visits.
  13. Handle pricing, billing, and collections as per signed agreements.
Qualifications
  • Minimum S1 education in any major.
  • At least 2 years of experience as an Interior Contractor Sales.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans and strategies.
  • Extensive network for new customer acquisition.
  • Ability to work independently and in teams.
  • Proficiency in reading 2D and 3D images.
  • Possession of a personal vehicle for work mobility.
