Currently, we are seeking talented and experienced individuals to join our team.

Job Description:

As the Assistant Manager of Finance Controller, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire process of controllership, including but not limited to payable, taxation, and bookkeeping for all activities in the Company. You will ensure accuracy and consistency in the records and ensure that compliance and control are properly maintained.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and verify vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, and monitor all payable processing activities.
  • Prepare monthly and yearly tax payments and filings, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Monitor and validate financial transactions, including supporting data and documents needed for annual financial audits.
  • Participate in monthly and yearly financial closing processes, ensuring all revenues and costs are properly recorded, journal entries are made, and account reconciliations are completed.
  • Provide financial reports and data to Management, Stakeholders, Partners, and Regulatory Authorities.
  • Liaise with external auditors in Indonesia and Singapore to ensure smooth audit processes and a clean audit opinion.
  • Manage controls over inventory and collaborate with the Operations team to ensure accurate and timely data for financial records.
  • Review agreements and mitigate tax and financial exposures.
  • Assist the Finance Manager in overseeing all financial, accounting, and tax-related matters within the Company.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.00.
  • At least 4 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, and Tax operations (minimum 2 years as an Auditor).
  • Strong knowledge of tax regulations and accounting standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
  • Excellent data analysis and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Experience with Oracle Netsuite is an advantage.
  • Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
