Job Description
- Identify business requirements, overall strategy, vision, and opportunities for efficiencies in existing processes or service design.
- Utilize technology, human-centered design thinking, and innovative approaches to address clients' business needs.
- Participate in team problem-solving efforts and contribute ideas to resolve client issues.
- Conduct research, data analysis, and create reports.
- Ensure the accuracy and timely completion of work products.
- Assess restructuring of operating models, organizational structures, and business processes to streamline core operations and service delivery.
- Assist in proposal development as needed.
- Enhance consulting skills and professional growth through training, mentoring, and client interactions.
- Lead by example, promote loyalty, and energize team members at all levels.
- Build and maintain a high-performance culture by leveraging individual and team strengths.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, Engineering, or Technology.
- MBA degree.
- Minimum 10 years of combined experience in Management Consulting and Financial Institutions.
- Background in Operating Model Strategy and Implementation in the financial services sector, including Digital Transformation, Digital Banking Product Launch, Process Redesign, etc.
- Proven track record of revenue achievement and team growth.
- Proficiency with Scrum & Agile methodologies; certifications like Professional Scrum Master & Product Owner are advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Cloud platforms, CRM, payment solutions, call centers, etc.
- Excellent presentation skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal, team-building, and communication skills with executive presence, capable of managing senior client stakeholders.
- Adaptability to consulting lifestyle and willingness to travel within the country or region.
