Responsibilities
- Develop creative and engaging copy for various marketing materials, including advertisements, website content, social media posts, blog articles, email campaigns, and product descriptions & promos.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to conceptualize and execute marketing campaigns, ensuring that the messaging aligns with the overall brand strategy.
- Proofread and edit copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, spelling and overall quality.
- Stay up to date with industry news, best practices, and emerging platforms to continuously improve the effectiveness of our copy.
- Basic understanding of SEO and its impact on copywriting.
- Understand the target audience and tailor messaging to resonate with specific demographics, ensuring the content is relevant and appealing.
- Manage time effectively to meet project deadlines and deliver high-quality content within specified timeframes.

Requirements
- Exceptional common of the English and Indonesian Language, including grammar, punctuation, and style.
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field
- Preferably female
- Proven experience as a copywriter with min. 1 year work experience, formal or non formal.
- Examples that demonstrate VERSATILITY in writing styles (e.g., blog posts, social media content, advertising copy, outcome reports, web copy).
- Creativity in crafting original and ENGAGING content.
- Familiarity with the MARKETING strategies to translate marketing goals into effective copy.
- PROACTIVE and self-motivated individuals who can take initiative, work independently or in a team.
- Ability to conduct research and QUICKLY grasp complex topics to suit different platforms and target audiences.
- Willingness TO LEARN and STAY UPDATED on industry trends and changes.
- STRONG proofreading and editing skills to ensure accuracy and quality of written content.
- Effective TIME MANAGEMENT skills to meet deadlines for multiple projects simultaneously.
