Our portfolio includes brands such as La Favela, La Brisa, Bokashi, La Plancha, La Laguna, and LYD Organic, with plans for expansion throughout Southeast Asia.

Role Description

This full-time, on-site role is for a Brand Manager at Bokashi Restaurant in Pererenan, Bali. The Brand Manager will oversee the development and execution of brand strategies, manage marketing plans and budgets, conduct market research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency. The role also involves monitoring market trends, analyzing consumer behavior, and working with external partners to enhance brand visibility and equity.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Brand Strategy & Development:
  2. a) Develop and implement long-term brand strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
  3. b) Define brand positioning, personality, and tone of voice to ensure consistency across all channels.
  4. c) Identify new opportunities for growth and expansion into new markets or segments.
  5. d) Analyze brand equity and refine strategies to improve perception and awareness.
  1. Marketing Planning & Execution:
  2. a) Plan and lead comprehensive brand campaigns across digital, offline, PR, influencer, and other channels.
  3. b) Collaborate with marketing teams to align branding with promotional efforts, content, and media planning.
  4. c) Lead creative development from concept to execution for campaigns, product launches, and events.
  5. d) Oversee the creation of marketing materials reflecting the brand identity, such as brochures, packaging, visuals, and videos.
  1. Brand Communication & Awareness:
  2. a) Ensure consistent and impactful messaging across all communication channels.
  3. b) Build and maintain a strong digital presence through social media, SEO/SEM, and online campaigns.
  4. c) Manage relationships with media, influencers, and partners to amplify brand reach.
  5. d) Create compelling stories that emotionally connect with the target audience.
  1. Market & Consumer Insights:
  2. a) Conduct market research and gather consumer insights to inform brand strategies.
  3. b) Monitor industry trends, competitors, and emerging consumer behaviors.
  4. c) Use analytics tools to track brand performance, campaign effectiveness, and customer sentiment.
  1. Team Leadership:
  2. a) Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, supporting their development.
  3. b) Foster a collaborative, innovative environment that encourages creative thinking.
  1. Cross-functional Collaboration:
  2. a) Work closely with other departments to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business goals.
  1. Brand Image & Reputation:
  2. a) Protect and enhance the brand’s reputation and integrity at all times.
  3. b) Act as a brand ambassador internally and externally.
  4. c) Ensure brand values are embedded in all touchpoints and activities.
  5. d) Manage brand crises proactively with strategic communication.

Qualifications:

  • Experience in Brand Management, Marketing Strategy, and Product Development
  • Proficiency in Market Research, Consumer Behavior Analysis, and Competitive Analysis
  • Strong Communication, Project Management, and Team Collaboration skills
  • Digital Marketing, Social Media Management, and Content Creation expertise
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to work on-site in Denpasar, Bali
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Experience in the hospitality or lifestyle industry is a plus
