About the job Associate Demand Supply Planning

Working with
: SCM Lead Indonesia, Trade Marketing Lead Indonesia, Country Sales Manager Indonesia, TM Sales Data Analyst, National Account Manager, Customer Service Executive Indonesia.

WORKING DAYS: 5-days work week; Mondays - Fridays

WORKING HOURS: 0900hrs to 1800hrs

This is an individual contributor role, with the following objectives:

  1. To develop a robust forecast of Primary Sales and Secondary Sales, of Indonesia business.
  2. To deliver / develop the corresponding supply planning executions (both import and local 3PM production).
  3. To deliver/ develop FG export supply planning (based on APAC sister companies net requirement forecast).
  4. To support Supply Chain Management Lead Indonesia role, as deemed necessary.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop a robust Secondary Sales forecast, using statistical model (if applicable), based on historical Independent Demand data, by SKU, by customer/channel, on a monthly basis.
  2. Develop a robust Primary Sales forecast, using statistical model (if applicable), based on historical Independent Demand data, by SKU, by customer/channel, on a monthly basis.
  3. Conduct a monthly pre-S&OP discussion of these 2 forecasts (also on the forecasts KPIs), in comparison with the Annual Operation Plan, with the TM Lead, Country Sales Manager Indonesia, NAM Indonesia and SCM Lead Indonesia.
  4. Develop/propose a gap-closing action between SS forecast and AOP, and between PS forecast and AOP.
  5. Conduct a monthly S&OP discussion of these 2 forecasts (SS and PS), its AOP-gap-closing action, the proposed M+0 Primary Sales detail list, and reflect the agreement in the revised SS and PS forecast of M+1 onwards.
  6. Based on the revised PS forecast, and considering the current stock on hand, develop a net requirement supply planning forecast for all SKUs.
  7. Considering the import ordering lead-time, create Purchase Order in order management system for all imported FGs.
  8. Issue Purchase Order to local 3PM, for FG SKUs produced locally for M+0 and M+1.
  9. Share the net requirement supply planning forecast (of M+2 onwards) to local 3PM.
  10. Run Material Requirement Planning for all RM/PM requirements of locally produced FG.
  11. Issue RM Purchase Order to either overseas or local vendors.
  12. Issue PM Purchase Order to either overseas or local vendors.
  13. Together with SCM Lead Indonesia, conduct monthly stock reconciliation of FG, RM and PM, including inventory stock counting every 6 months (mid-year and November).
  14. Perform all administrative duties and purchasing process in SAP and Internal Systems in relevance to the supply chain operations (e.g. material master management).
  15. Support SCM Lead Indonesia for any other SCM task as requested and represent SCM Lead Indonesia during his absence (ad-hoc basis).

Requirements:

  1. At least 2 years or more working experience in demand planning, supply planning or supply chain management preferably in the Cosmetic and Supplement Industry.
  2. Possesses good written and communication skills in English.
  3. Compulsory knowledge of SAP & MS Office.
  4. Detail-oriented, very good with numbers and passionate about sales/business.
  5. Willing to learn new things, quick thinking, fast learner and adaptable.
  6. Knowledge of statistical forecasting models will be valuable but not mandatory, as this can be learned along the way.
