Job Title: VP Finance / Finance Controller

Reports to the group CFO, manages the company's finances, administration, and risk management.

Our client is one of the largest plantation companies in Indonesia. They are seeking an experienced FC with a background in plantation to lead their finance operations.

Description

As a VP Finance / Finance Controller, your main responsibilities will include:

1. Overseeing the financial operations of the company
2. Developing and implementing strategic financial plans
3. Ensuring compliance with financial regulations and standards
4. Collaborating with other departments to align financial strategies
5. Analyzing financial data and making recommendations for improvement
6. Presenting financial reports to board members and stakeholders
7. Managing and mentoring the finance team
8. Engaging in continuous knowledge development regarding the plantation sector's rules, regulations, best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

Profile

• Minimum Bachelor Degree; CPA or equivalent qualification is a plus
• Proven leadership experience as FC or in a senior finance position within a plantation company
• Over 15 years of relevant experience
• Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both oral and written
• Placement at Kalimantan; family housing and transport are provided
