Responsibilities
  1. To create, develop and implement an operation strategic plan/initiatives and goals, policies to maximize revenue/business growth in accordance with company’s targets, planning cost management, and planning for human resources allocation budget, as well as applicable regulatory requirements.
  2. To lead, develop and build a high performing operation team committed to and engaged in the company’s target, vision, mission and value.
  3. To manage and maintain good relationships with doctors, customers, communities, corporations and governments.
  4. To ensure all operation licenses and permits and regulations are in line with laws and valid at all times.
  5. Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback.
  6. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork.
  7. Develop and manage the clinic’s budget.
  8. Oversee billing, coding, and collections to ensure financial accuracy.
  9. Monitor financial performance and implement cost-control measures.
  10. Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.
  11. Oversee daily operations of the clinic to ensure smooth functioning.
  12. Monitor clinic performance and address any operational issues promptly.
Requirements
  1. Strong business acumen, strategy thinking, and driving changes.
