A leading company in Indonesia is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to manage talent acquisition for its business team. The role involves utilizing various recruitment channels, conducting interviews, and achieving monthly recruitment targets. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a passion for recruitment. Experience in related fields is preferred.
1. Take charge of the recruitment needs of the business team and use various effective recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs;
2. Be responsible for talent discovery, selection, interview evaluation, process control and optimization iteration;
3. Effectively develop and maintain recruitment channels to ensure the continuous supply of talents
5. Freelance, project-based, no need for on-site office
Job requirements
1.excellent oral English;Have good communication, expression and teamwork skills, and excellent stress resistance;
2. More than 2 years of recruitment-related work experience, those with headhunting background are preferred;those who with experience in beauty and skin care, FMCG, or e-commerce industry recruitment are preferred;
3. Love recruitment work, have enthusiasm and empathy to actively discover talents and quickly establish relationships with talents;
4. Have the desire to make money, obey arrangements, have your own talent pool, and actively search for candidates.
