A leading consulting firm in Jakarta is seeking an Accounting professional to handle invoicing, accounts management, and administrative duties. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and strong communication skills. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Preparing invoices, including tax invoices.
Coordinating with the Manager to prepare accounting journal entries in accordance with company transactions.
Maintaining Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Filing documents properly.
Performing other duties related to administration.
Performing additional duties as assigned by the Director and Manager.
Additional questions include qualifications, software experience, language skills, and experience in administration roles.
