About the role

PT. SURYA CIPTA NIAGATAMA is seeking an experienced Administrative Staff to join our team in Banten. This full-time role is responsible for providing administrative and clerical support to ensure the smooth running of our operations. As part of our dynamic team, you will play a vital role in supporting our business objectives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling a variety of administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management using accurate accounting software, including modifying reports and editing forms.
  2. Providing administrative support to various departments, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  3. Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other business documents.
  4. Assisting with basic IT troubleshooting (LAN setup, printer sharing, internet connectivity).
  5. Performing general office duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies.
  6. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure efficient and effective office operations.

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role, preferably in contracts administration or a related field.
  2. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and work efficiently.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  5. Proficiency in accurate accounting software (mandatory).
